It’s been a long time coming, but Eli Nissan finally returns to Balance Music with a two-track release filled with melodic bliss.
Safe to say, it’s been well worth the wait.
On ‘Empty Sky’, the atmosphere stretches across a vast landscape of synths and plucked strings. The drums are warm and deeply inviting, a sure-tell sign that this is an Eli Nissan production. Drawing on a euphoric template reminiscent of vintage progressive, the track’s central melodic movement feels like pure bliss. As the title itself suggests, this is music designed to make you soar.
A throbbing bassline forms the foundation of ‘Euphoria’, riding atop driving drums with an infectious sense of momentum. In the distance, a shimmering melody begins to emerge like the Northern Lights cutting through the night sky. Its slithering fragments seep through bursts of FX and swelling textures, steadily tightening the track’s grip on the dancefloor.
There won’t be many floors capable of resisting this one.
